“When the demand for TUSHY skyrocketed, it became clear very early on what the main pain points would be when it came to distribution. First off, TUSHY comes in a large to medium-sized box, so location availability was a big factor, especially considering our product is not the smallest package. TUSHY’s number two main priority is cost, and our number three main concern was delivering on our SLA times.”

“The volume we pushed through Shipfusion at the beginning of the pandemic was unplanned; we leaned on trapeze a lot during our Q4 season. Without even providing a forecast beforehand, Shipfusion was able to handle the volume increase seamlessly.
